Presentation Ideas

In an effort to incorporate student ideas while providing some autonomy, the research presentation can be conducted using any of the following methods:

Create a book - include a cover, dedication page, and appropriate text features such as...
  • Organizational aids - help readers locate important information (bold print, italics, captions, labels, etc.)
  • Print features - guide readers through the patterns of organization (table of contents, glossary, index, etc.)
  • Graphic aids - represent information in a different but specific way (diagrams, graphs, maps, charts, etc.)
  • Illustrations - expand the meaning of the text
Create a Tri-Fold - should be visually interesting (neat, appropriate colors, blend of text and graphics)

  • Graphic aids - represent information in a different but specific way (diagrams, graphs, maps, charts, etc.)
