Checklist

  1. Generate research questions in group.
  2. Create a concept map using the questions and topics generated.
  3. Select your planet.
  4. Conduct your research (record information in your research journal and maintain website print-outs in your folder).
  5. Define "affinity".  Construct an "affinity diagram" using your information.
  6. Determine which questions/topics need to be investigated further.  Research these content areas.
  7. Decide which presentation format you want to use.
  8. Design your "blueprint" and determine a "to do list" (ex. gather images, graphs, charts...).
  9. Assemble your project.
  10. Conference with a peer about possible changes and apply the feedback received.
  11. Present to the class.
